Is eSign 360 really free with Portal 360?
Yes. If you are a Portal 360 customer, eSign 360 is included with your plan at no extra charge. Everyone else can start on the free tier.
What do I get on the free tier?
Two documents a month with email signing, an audit trail, a sealed signed PDF, templates and reminders. SMS PIN verification is on the A$29 plan and the API.
What does the A$5 plan include?
A$5 a month is a platform fee that includes 10 documents a month. Extra documents are A$3 each.
What if I send more than my plan includes?
On the A$5 and A$29 plans, each document beyond your monthly allowance is A$3 and is added to your next invoice. A document is counted when you send it. On the free tier you can send 2 documents a month and upgrade when you need more.
What is the SMS PIN?
A one-time PIN sent by text message to the signer's phone, which they enter before signing. It is included in the A$29 plan at no extra charge and is available on the API.
How does API pricing work?
A$2 per document with no monthly cap. Your documents are counted as you send them and billed monthly. SMS messages sent for PIN verification are charged separately at a transparent rate, shown on your statement.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, on the API. Add your logo and colours and your signers see your brand throughout.
How long are my documents kept?
For 90 days after the transaction finishes. After that the files are deleted and only a summary record remains, so download signed copies you need to keep.
Do my signers need an account?
No. They open the secure link, review the document and sign.
